Appendix 1 (A description of the situation and the reasons for action by specific and horizontal objective), 6.2 (2nd paragraph): The implementation of RISS 2011-2020 under the objective "Open access to raw data from publicly funded research" resulted in the National Strategy for Open Access to Scientific Publications and Research Data in Slovenia 2015-2020, which was adopted in 2015. It mandates open access to peer-reviewed articles and research data and recommends open access to monographs and other publications.
