| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the Action Plan was to determine key steps for the implementation of selected priorities of the Czech Republic's National Strategy for Open Access to Scientific Information for the years 2017–2020. The action plan was designed for the period from approval (April 29, 2019) to the end of 2020, i.e. for the period of validity of the strategy. The evaluation of the implementation of the Action Plan contains a description of the implementation status of a total of 11 measures. Further steps in this area from 2021 are part of the National Research, Development and Innovation Policy of the Czech Republic 2021+ | |
