| dc.description.abstract | Open Access Policy of one of the largest and most important universities in Austria. Books are not explicitly mentioned, but are also meant. Three paragraphs are explicitly dedicated to Open Access Journals: this shows the focus of this policy very well. Some of the formulations are very binding, but the possibility to freely choose the publication medium is emphasised several times in a limiting manner. It is noticeable that a deadline with a concrete quota is mentioned in the last paragraph. | |
