Open Science

Abstract

Open science policy of the Agence nationale de la recherche, which is in line with the French National Plan for Open Science. Its three objectives are: to promote full and immediate open access to scientific publications, to contribute to the sharing and opening of research data, source code, and software, and to develop a concerted approach on the national, European, and international levels. This policy includes a call for ANR grantees to publish their peer-reviewed books and book chapters open access under a Creative Commons (preferably CC-BY) license.
