It takes into account the experience, lessons and expert recommendations from the previous period, the obligations arising from the Constitution and other legislation, as well as future trends. Although Estonia has been successful in the implementation of its RDI policy, there are still many opportunities for further development. The achieved strengths must be preserved and the weaknesses reduced. | |
