| dc.description.abstract | UKB (a partnership of Dutch University Libraries and The Royal Library of the Netherlands (Koninklijke Bibliotheek) has a working group on Open Access. They deal with Open Access agreements with publishers, vision building: a number of feasibility studies on Open Access were published at the beginning of the year. Based on these reports, a proposal for revision of the VSNU Open Access policy and a recommendation for a new NPOS were written - partly by working group members, and Open Access monitoring: a number of their members are working with CWTS and Rathenau to update the methodology for the UNL Open Access monitor, and implementation of Plan S, among others. | |
