| dc.description.abstract | The National Open Access Policy Malta is a document issued by the Malta Council for Science and Technology. It underlines the evolution of the Open Access policies in the island. Starting from defining what is the covered field, the document proceeds to identify the stakeholders interested in the process and the advantages the research could gain by such approach. It then defines the necessary steps to underline to create an environment which could stimulate OA between researchers and institutions. | |
