| dc.description.abstract | The French National Research Agency (ANR) has asked the Open Science Committee to include in its commitment to open science recommendations designed to promote open access to academic books resulting from funded projects. To this end, the Open Scientific Publishing expert group and the Publications college of the Open Science Committee have set up a working group. In this document, the group sets out a series of recommendations for higher education and research institutions, as well as for those involved in scientific publishing. | |
